The Philadelphia Area Conservation Association met for its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 10, from 6:00-8:00 PM in Ben Franklin Hall of the American Philosophical Society (427 Chestnut Street). We voted in new PACA board members, approved minor changes to the PACA Bylaws, discussed the milestones of 2015, and established new goals for 2016 and beyond. Congratulations to Biz Gallo, Co-Chair; Gwen Manthey, Program Chair; Corine McHugh, Secretary; and Julie Lawson, Treasurer.
The APS conservation lab was open during the reception. There was also a happy hour at National Mechanics after the General Meeting, and PACA provided drink tickets for members who continued the conversation there. This event was FREE for PACA members, $8 for non-members, and $5 for student non-members.
