5:00-5:15–Gather at Van Pelt-Dietrich Library, 3420 Walnut Street, Philadelphia. Enter the library from the south side, facing the tree-filled quad and the Claes Oldenburg Split Button sculpture. You may need a photo ID to sign in with security.
5:15-5:45–Tour the Steven Miller Conservation Laboratory (5th floor) with Sarah Reidell, Margy Meyerson Head of Conservation
5:45-7:00–Student, Intern, and Fellow Talks in the Kislak Center (6th floor)
Gillian Marcus, NEH Preventive Conservation Fellow at CCAHA, will be presenting “Technical Art History as Preservation Tool: The Electrophotographic Archive of Artist Pati Hill.”
Nicole Passerotti, a graduate fellow in the SUNY-Buffalo State College Art Conservation Program, will present “Promoting Conservation: An Investigation and Treatment of Seneca-Iroquois Moccasins.”
